Graduands who wish to attend the Virtual Convocation Ceremony, MUST complete the CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE FORM by 8th Oct 2021. Graduands will NOT BE ALLOWED to attend the virtual convocation ceremony if this form is not submitted by this dateline.

Note: You may defer your convocation session to any future physical convocation ceremonies. However, we strongly encourage you to attend the Virtual Convocation Ceremony, as we are uncertain of the dates for any future physical convocation ceremonies due to the pandemic situation.

Note: Convocation gown can be returned AFTER the photoshoot on the SAME DAY. Failure to return the convocation gown by the stipulated deadline date will result in forfeiture of deposit.


PHOTOGRAPHS COLLECTION

  • •  Photographs can be collected during the gown return or between 28th October 2021 to 28th January 2022 at Fotorex PJ.
  • •  Postage fee for Stage Photo & Graduation Booklet: Additional RM 30.00 for Peninsular Malaysia / RM 50.00 for East Malaysia

  • •  Full payment must be made before 8th Oct 2021. A QR scan code will then be sent to you to book a slot for gown collection & virtual stage photoshoot
       (No walk ins will be entertained).

Note: Any withdrawals/refund requests after payment is made is subjected to an RM 20.00 administration fee.
Any withdrawal 5 days before gowns collection will subject to 50% deduction of graduation fees paid.
